At Tropical Edition, each item is handmade with care. Due to the custom nature of our jewellery, totes, bags, and aprons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist.

Items approved for return (not due to damage) will incur a 15% restocking fee to help cover handling and resale.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back within 14 days of approval.

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unused and in its original condition
Returned in original packaging
All approved returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, which helps us prepare the item for resale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
We’re happy to offer exchanges on non-custom items if contacted within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return conditions as above.
