All orders must be paid in full before processing. Custom and bulk orders may take a little extra time, as we carefully create each piece just for you.
We do not offer refunds; however, if your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it, and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange.
Processing and delivery times may vary, especially for custom orders. While we do our best to meet timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information.
