Refund Policy – Tropical Edition

At Tropical Edition, each item is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on handmade or custom items or personalized products, On Sale or clearance items.

Exchanges (Defective Items Only)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange an exchange for the same item (subject to availability).

Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate. Tropical Edition is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information or courier issues.
